Study Description:
In addition to major feature upgrades and system-wide integration potential that its predecessor, WebCT Campus Edition, lacked, WebCT Vista more readily allows for detailed usage and tracking information. Some of the information available relates to how many students are using Vista on an hourly, weekly, or monthly basis; how many courses the University System has running at any given time; and how much time has been spent on maintenance or other down time for upgrading and testing.
