eCore Enrollment Data

eCore is the University System of Georgia's core curriculum taught entirely online. Courses are developed by teams of full-time faculty in a variety of disciplines, assisted by instructional designers and technology specialists. Courses are taught by faculty from across the USG and offered for credit by five USG institutions:

• Columbus State University
• Georgia Highlands College(Floyd College)
• Georgia Southwestern State University
• Southern Polytechnic State University
• State University of West Georgia
• Valdosta State University

Six eCore courses were first offered in Fall 2000. Currently, twenty-five different courses are available.
